When you submit an inquiry or join our waitlist, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• Your first name and, for inquiries, your last name;
• Email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
• Program of interest;
• Preferred schedule, communication language, and start time;
• Your consent to be contacted about your waitlist request; and
• Questions, goals, preferred contact time, or other details in your message.

Our website host and form-processing service may automatically receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device type, referring page, and submission date and time, to operate, secure, and prevent abuse of the website and inquiry form.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

2. How we use information

We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide admissions or program information;
• Manage waitlist requests and understand scheduling preferences;
• Contact you about the Academy services or programs you requested, including waitlist follow-up by WhatsApp, phone, or email when you agree;
• Maintain appropriate business and communication records;
• Protect the security and integrity of our website; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use personal information submitted through the inquiry form for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. We do not sell personal information

The Academy by RayRay does not sell personal information, sensitive personal information, or biometric data. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

4. When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process forms, and respond to requests. Our inquiry and waitlist forms are processed through FormSubmit and directed to the Academy's email address. If we follow up through WhatsApp, that service also processes the communications according to its own privacy policy. We do not authorize these providers to sell your information or use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

5. Data retention and security

We retain inquiry and waitlist information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the waitlist, maintain legitimate business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your privacy choices and Texas rights

You may ask whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction, or deletion. You may also ask us to stop using your information for future communications. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or another applicable law grants additional rights, we will honor those rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

To submit a request or appeal a decision about a request, email us at rayraybeauty6@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its deletion.

8. Third-party links

Our website links to third-party services such as Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps, and the website of MD Core Consulting LLC. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
