Rania Zanon is an entrepreneur, aesthetic injector, and the founder of The Academy by RayRay.

Internationally trained across more than 15 countries, Rania brings extensive experience in aesthetic treatments, including injectables, facial balancing, PRP, hair-removal technology, and permanent makeup. She founded the Academy to transform real-world expertise into structured, safety-centered education for the next generation of aesthetic professionals.

Her approach emphasizes technical excellence, professional ethics, client care, and the confidence students need to build meaningful careers in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
